Fourth, vegetable is full of mineral, vitamin, ferrum, etc. As we know, mineral can help the proccess of digestion, strengthen the muscle and increase antibody. Vitamin enhances the immunity. Ferrum makes our bone healthy. For example, carrot contains vitamin A that keeps our eyes healthy. Fifth, it can make us stay young.
