       Getting a healthy room is not difficult thing to do, and we can start it with keeping the cleanliness of our rooms. We must be accustomed to put or throw away our possessions at suitable place. Next, choose the useful and useless things. Prepare an appropriate place to save the useful things and a carton to save the secondhand good things. We must also have a dustbin as the place of rubbish. Then, arrange our schedule to clean our room well. Finally, make sure that everytime we need to go, our room mus be clean and neat. A clean room is closer to be healthy room.

Facebook as we know is a famous social networking that brings good and bad effect. First of all, in Indonesia mostof people have facebook account. In contras, most of then are children. They don’t know to devide the good and bad things. They just agree with everythings that appeared in facebook. In the other hand, facebook also brings good effect. I have three ways to prefent global worming. First we have to keep our environment, and do not throw rubbish any where and also don’t cut trees in illegal working. Second, is keep our environment from cutting the tress more than we need because it can give bad effect and can be land slide. For the last is give any suggestion for everyone, to not to break the jungle and the environment. In conclution we have to keep our earth and don’t let every one break it ,because without our earth we should not live.

Three kind of foods to keep the body healthy. First is vegetables, vegetables bear many protein that keep the body in good condition. Second is eggs, eggs also bear many protein, besides eggs easily find and reachable. The last is sea fist, sea fist is different with river fist. This one has important job in the human body. Because, it bear omega 3 which needed to attacked the brain system. In short, foods such as vegetables, eggs, and sea fish are have the main materials that needed to keeps our body healthy.

       There are a few ways to start a healthy life without drastic changes. We can start with a regular diet by not eating to much. Then we should have enough time to sleep, it means that we must sleep about 8 hours a day. The next ways is doing exercise by doing sport in the morning or in the afternoon. And then we should not smoke and drink alcohol, because it can cause so many disease in our body. The last ways is keep the environment clean, we will feel comfort and the air will be more fresh. So, if you start a healthy lifestyle you can get a lot of advantage, besides it can increase longevity of our life.

Reduce Global Warming by Muhammad Wahyu al Aziz (11150025)

I have several ways to reduce global warming. The first way is by putting the garbage in the trashbar because the garbage can pollute the environment. The second way is by stopping illegal logging because if the forest is bare, we’ll be starved of oxygen. And the third way is by reducing tobacco consumption because its smoke can pollute the air. If we still love our earth, we should do those ways to keep our earth, because we are created to be leader and keeper of the earth.

Facebook is one of social networkings that is both fun and unpleasant. It can make us happy when we’re sad. We also can meet our old friends via facebook.        There are some ways to make your life more balanced. Firstly, you can start with eating healthy and nutricious food. Secondly, sleep 8 hours all night. The other important thing is do some physical exercises, once a week or if you have free time. With this information, we can make our life more healthy.

Two Solutions to Decrease Global Warming by Istinganatun 'Aliyah (11150009)

Global warming is our major problem right now, and there are two solutions to decrease it. First, we can preserve forest. The Forest balances the supply of water and also keeps the air quality. Like CO2, the forest decreases O2 on photosynthesis process. Tree is the source of O2 for human. One big tree contributes to O2 for two people. The root of tree absorbs and stores water, so it helps us avoid flood during rainy season and drought in the dry season. Second, we can minimize using fuel oil and gas. We can use local product because the local product is more thrifty than import product. The import product commonly spends more fuel oil or gas. Then ecodriving also can minimize global warming. Those ways are easy, right? so, start from now, let's keep our world!

There are three healthy lifestyle: physical exercise, having enough rest, and eating on time. Physical exercise is important to keep energy in our body because we have many activities in our day. Then, our body will be fresh when we have enough rest. Moreover, we must make balance between activities and rest. Both of them will be more useful when we are used to eating on time. Consuming nutrition food and milk is good for our body. Well, having enough energy by healthy lifestyle will make us easier to do our activities.

There are three healthy lifestyle. First, we must do sport regularly, at least three times a week. We should consume nutritious food for example: rice, milk, egg, vegetables and fruits.      There are several solutions to decrease the illegal logging. If we require a lot of woods or have bussiness of furniture, we can plant many trees in our own bussiness. Then we choose the good quality of the wood that we will plant, because the good quality from the wood makes our forest eternal. Besides choosing them, we should choose the land to make plants grow easily. After that, we should not cut down the trees in one full of area. It's the way to protect our forest.

There are three tips for healthy life style. First, a healthy diet. It is very simple suggestion, but difficult to do. Usually, we prefer instan food or fast food although it contains food preservatives, food seasoning, full-fat food etc. This food causes deseases to our body. We must have a healthy diet, like eating vegetable, fruit, meat and milk. Second, do regular sport. Doctor said that a good sport is regular sport. Unfortunately, almost all people are lazy to do it. They do not have time, fasilities or motivation. Actually doing sport 30 minutes a day really will be pleasure and refreshing moment. The last tips is stop smoking for smoker. As we now, smoking is bad habit. It causes more bad effects than good effects. Those are three simple tips than perhaps make our body and soul healthy. My message is do start from yourself and do it now!

Healthy lifestyle is beneficial for us, especially for our body and these are some of the ways. First, drink water at least 8 glasses everyday because in can detox in our body. Second, jog in the morning because it will make our body so fresh, slim, and not sleepy. Third, consume some healthy foods everyday. Fourth, do not smoke because smoking has many disadvantages than advantages in our body, especially for lung. Fifth, take a rest because it can refresh our brain. Sixth, positive thinking will influence our brain to do positive activity. Seventh, smile because it can make our face look young, and we can do mouth exercise by smiling every morning. so let’s keep our body well. Healthy inside, fresh outside.

       There's a lot of things we can do to keep our world go green. First, keep your environment clean by throwing the rubbish in the right place. Next, reduce the usage of water to avoid flood. Then, reduce the using bottled water. Use alumunium instead of plastic. Do even little things such as cleaning surrounding places starting from your room. In conclusion, by going green we save our earth.

Easy Way to be Healthy Yudith Tyas Prameswari 11150002

    I have four healthy lifestyles. First of all, waking up in the morning will make you feel fresh. You will inhale fresh air in the morning. It is good for your lungs. Secondly, drinking water at least 1 liter or eight glasses a day is good for your kidney and digestion. It is better when you drink two glasses before and after eating because it will avoid you eating too much and ends up at obesity. Doing aerobic or anaerobic sport at least three times a week will make your body fresher. The last, going to bed at least at 11.00 p.m. and sleeping until 05.30 a.m. will make you have enough sleep. It is minimum sleep limit It will be better if you add two hours in the afternoon. In conclusion, healthy comes from our daily behaviuor.

   Caring our nature after we use it is better than ignore it. Nowadays there are many furniture manufactures, or wood manufactures that take woods for their material from the forest. Many of the manufactures take the woods by cutting down the trees without planting any seeds to replace the trees that have been cut.If we care about it, we should plant the tree seeds, so our nature, our greenland, the oxygen, the ground and the water will be constantly saved. Because there are green leaves that usually produse oxygen and the roots that usually hol the ground and keep the water. There will be no flood, landslide or drought or the other calamity. If we constantly use our nature then ignore it, out nature will be used up. In short, to preserve nature we must the sources nicely.
