Healthy Lifestyle by Khoirifatin Awwalina (11150015)

There are three healthy lifestyle. First, we must do sport regularly, at least three times a week. We should consume nutritious food for example: rice, milk, egg, vegetables and fruits. Third, we have to manage our time to rest and our activity in order to keep balance. Therefore, we must start from now in order that our body be always healthy.
