Healthy Lifestyle by Linda Lutfiyatus Sa'adah (11150010)
Healthy lifestyle is beneficial for us, especially for our body and
these are some of the ways. First, drink water at least 8 glasses
everyday because in can detox in our body. Second, jog in the morning
because it will make our body so fresh, slim, and not sleepy. Third,
consume some healthy foods everyday. Fourth, do not smoke because
smoking has many disadvantages than advantages in our body, especially
for lung. Fifth, take a rest because it can refresh our brain. Sixth,
positive thinking will influence our brain to do positive activity.
Seventh, smile because it can make our face look young, and we can do
mouth exercise by smiling every morning. so let’s keep our body well.
Healthy inside, fresh outside.
