Healthy Lifestyle by Riska Arisna (11150020)
There are a few ways to start a healthy life without drastic
changes. We can start with a regular diet by not eating to much. Then we
should have enough time to sleep, it means that we must sleep about 8
hours a day. The next ways is doing exercise by doing sport in the
morning or in the afternoon. And then we should not smoke and drink
alcohol, because it can cause so many disease in our body. The last ways
is keep the environment clean, we will feel comfort and the air will be
more fresh. So, if you start a healthy lifestyle you can get a lot of
advantage, besides it can increase longevity of our life.
