Healthy Lifestyle by Muhammad Wahyu Al Aziz (11150025)

Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t hard to do. First, never stop to exercising if we still our lives because sport is food for our body. Second, eat regularly to keep our body fit through the activity. Third, avoid staying up late every night, it can makes our face pale because the blood is reduced. Fourth, get ourselves entertainment avoid saturaction after ding many activities. If we still love our selves and our lives, apply my tips for healthy lifestyle everyday.
