Three kind of foods to keep the body healthy. First is
vegetables, vegetables bear many protein that keep the body in good condition.
Second is eggs, eggs also bear many protein, besides eggs easily find and
reachable. The last is sea fist, sea fist is different with river fist. This
one has important job in the human body. Because, it bear omega 3 which needed
to attacked the brain system. In short, foods such as vegetables, eggs, and sea
fish are have the main materials that needed to keeps our body healthy.
