The Ways to Healthy by Ummi Solikhah (11150016)

       There are some ways to make your life more balanced. Firstly, you can start with eating healthy and nutricious food. Secondly, sleep 8 hours all night. The other important thing is do some physical exercises, once a week or if you have free time. With this information, we can make our life more healthy.
