8 WAYS TO LIVE HEALTYLIFE by Rahmat Efendi (11150011)


There are some ways we can do for  helth lifestyle. First, get fresh air every morning. Second, we must drink mineral water,because in our body  it is as supplier  our blood to go to everywhere in our body. Third, we should drink 8 – 10 ltr everyday. Fourth, we should eat good foods like vegetables much. In vegetables we can get much vitamin. Fifth, we should sport, work and rest balances. Do not make our body over work. Take a rest if we feel tired. Two – three times a week to sport. Sixth, control our brain be fresh everytime. Seventh, we should life easy do not smoke, drink alcohol and stay up. Smoke can hurt our lungs, alcohol can broke our brain. Finally Islam suggest us to wudlu everytime we want. Wudlu can make our skin fresh and can fresh our mind. If we want health life we can try to do some ways above.
