there are two plates of white rice, two cloves garlic crushed, five seeds red onion mashed, two seed red chilli mashed, one tomato sliced thin,one egg lightly beaten, two tablespoons cooking oil, one teaspoon salt, one tsp pepper powder.
next we going to first step, Saute garlic, onion and red pepper until fragrant. then Pour the egg and stir to become scrambled. Add rice, stir until blended with herbs and no rice to clot. And finally, add salt and pepper and stir again until smooth.
