Tempe is a food which
made by the fermentation of soybean. The first, wash soybean and then soak for
up to 24 hours. The next morning after 24 hours by 3 minutes washing it in
ruining water for soybean while squeezing off that husk. Then it’s time to boil
it about 30 minutes. Drain until dry. Put into banana leaf that had been
prepared. Adjust the thickness of about one centimeter. Punch a hole through
the banana leaf with a toothpick or knife tip to taste. Place on rack to hit
the air circulation, let stand for 36 minutes. Finally it’s ready to cooked.
