How to Make Gethuk  Goreng Sokaraja
       Making gethuk goreng sokaraja is very easy. The first step is you have to prepare the ingredients of gethuk goreng sokaraja. You need 1 kg cassava, 25 gr palm sugar, 75 g rice flour, 1 tablespoon  flour, salt, and cooking oil. The second step is peal the cassava and slice it neatly. Cut it into pieces. Then boil cassava or steam until cooked. Meanwhile, mix and blended the palm sugar with a little boiled water. When the cassava is still hot, give a little palm sugar. Then roll out the cassava on a tray. Cut it into 4X5 cm. Mix the rice flour, flour, salt, and enough water until the dough is slightly thickened. The last step is heat oil and dip gethuk into dough. Then fry it until yellowish and take it over. Then gethuk goreng sokaraja is ready to serve.
