Rica-rica, a
traditional food from Manado, is easy to make. There are the ways. First, grid
the red chili, garlic and ginger. Then, saute the union, lemongrass, and pandan
leaves until the union turns golden brown. After that, put the curshed spices
and lime leaves, stir it until smells good. The last way is, put the chicken
until the chicken changes color, add water. Lower thw heat and cover. Steam
until the water is rather dry with an occasional flip-flop, remove from heat.
And rica-rica ready to serve.
