Healthy Lifestyle - Yudi Hartono (11150031)


Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard. The first thing is not to eat junkfood. And the second thing is to take vitamins to help the body work properly. The fourth thing is to do sport regularly. And then stop bad habit like smoking, drugs, and many more. Finally, you must be a good prayer to have a good life. The most important is do these things over and over again to maintain your fitness.
