VEGETABLES FOR OUR HEALTH by Muhammad Aziz Prasetyo (11150012)


Vegetables is good for our health because it has many benefits. For example, spinach contains ferrum that is good for our bones. Carrot contains vitamin A that is good for our eyes. Potato contains carbohydrate and protein that is good for our brain, and many more. So that we should eat vegetables to have a healthy life, because it has good benefits for our body.
