Healthy Lifestyle with Consume The Banana by Taufiqqurrohman (11150003)

Banana has many benefits for our body. First banana can increase our concentration because it contains high calcium. Second, banana contains an iron to prevent the anemia. Third, banana contains vitamins B, C, A, B6 and B12 that help the smoker to stop smoking. Fourth we can use the rind of banana as antibiotic to decrease the irritation because of insects bite. Fifth, banana can support our digestive system. Last, banana can avoid us from the stroke if we eat it everyday. Finally banana is good for our healthy life.
